ROTROL N and ROTROL P

The ROTEM^® instrument features an

integrated continuous self-check system

which automatically blocks channels when

system malfunctions are detected.

In addition, for control of the whole system

including reagent performance and user skills

two levels of plasma based lyophilized controls

are available.

The control values for the most important

clot firmness parameters (A10/A20) are in the

low normal and in the bleeding range.

The control values for the clotting time

parameter (CT) are in the hypercoagulable/

normal and in the high normal/

hypocoagulable range.

Target ranges are assigned for both control

levels.Controls may be used as precision

controls or as accuracy controls.
